Please read this agreement carefully before registering.
By signing up, you indicate your acceptance of this agreement and its terms and conditions.

You can earn profit here, just by having visitors click through your Uandweb.com affiliate ID links from your site's or page's to UandWeb and make purchases.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. How to Enroll in the Program
To begin:
a)- Complete the online application.
b)- Insert our banner(s) or text link (found in your affiliate area) on your pages WITH YOUR uandweb affiliate ID the same day. We suspend the account when we don't find any banner, or links, or ads from uandweb with your member ID# in your URL you submitted in your signup.

Notes: We reserve the right to reject or cancel your application at anytime and for whatever reason we deem necessary. Possible reasons for rejection include, but are not limited to, our banner(s) not inserted on your page, sites we find to contain discriminatory, illegal content, or violate intellectual property rights.
 
 If your site is rejected, you may reapply at any time. Once again, we will verify that your site is in compliance with our standards.

If your account is suspended, please check if our banner(s) or text link(s) is well inserted in your page and work. You may contact us at any time.

2. Links on Your Site
 You will provide a link to UandWeb.com through your  approved UandWeb Affiliate Banner/Link. 
 These links will allow visitors to purchase our products and services.
 We will provide you (in your affiliate area) with technical specifications describing how to include banner/link on your site.
 We will also provide the Banner graphics needed for your site.

3. Tracking
 You are responsible to ensure your site is properly formatted and working.
 Our Affiliate program is cookies AND IP enabled for better tracking to minimise the chance the clients clean his cookies fron his system. 
 So even if your clients come back 1 year later and had his  cookie deleted on his system, our system will still credit your account if he buy a product or re-subscribe to a membership service or others.

4. Referral Payment and Product Commission
 An Affiliate start with level one (25% on all commission generated) on all non subscription products and services you sell to your clients or visitors.

After you reach $250.00 USD of commissions generated, his profile is updated for life to level 2 with 35% commission.

And level 3 for life with 50% commission when you reach $500.00 of commisdion sales generated.

Affiliates (1st tier) also earn 10% on each product and service sold by an affiliate under him or affiliate he refered with his affiliate ID number (2n tier).

The affiliate also receive each time commission (depending his level) when his refered clients renew his subscription.

For examples you have a level 1 (25% commission) and the  client you refered with your affiliate ID number just bought for $200.00 of product with a renewal option of $100.00 each time after.
You will earn 25% of $200.00 or $50.00 and then each time he renew his subscription another 25% or $25.00 USD.

You can get your own text or banner, but your affiliate ID MUST be inserted in your links to get paid.
 
 All levels affiliates earn 10% on each sales generated by peoples they bring to signup to our affiliate program. (referral under you). New signup members earn automatically $5.00 US, this is our way to tell you Thank you for your enrollment.

5. Payment Schedule
 Funds withheld for UandWeb Affiliates are paid by UandWeb  once per month on the 1st of each month for the previous month's earnings. 
 Uandweb.com Affiliates will be responsible for their portion of charge backs and refunds. Uandweb.com will only pay Affiliates when the balance of their payments due to equal or exceeds $25.

6. Responsibility for your Site
 You will be solely responsible for the development, operation, contents, and maintenance of your site. 
 We take no responsibility for content or functionality of your site.

7. Relationship of Parties
 Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between the parties.

8. Limitation of Liability
 We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages (or any loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising in connection with this Agreement or the Program.

9. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, for any reason. We may choose to terminate this Agreement if we determine your site content is inappropriate, you have breached any conditions of this Agreement, or if you are sending "spam" (mass, unsolicited e-mail messages) to customers.

10. You may not yourself purchase products or/and services during sessions initiated through your links on your site for your own use, for resale or commercial use of any kind.

This includes orders for customers or on behalf of customers or orders for products or/and services to be used by you or your friends, relatives or associates in any manner. 
 Such purchases will result (in our sole discretion) in the withholding of referral fees or the termination of 
this Agreement.

IF ANY PORTION OF THIS AGREEMENT OR ANY FUTURE MODIFICATIONS TO THIS AGREEMENT ARE UNACCEPTABLE TO THE AFFILIATE, OR CAUSE THE AFFILIATE TO NO LONGER BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE AFFILIATE AGREEMENT, THE AFFILIATE OR UANDWEB MAY CANCEL THE AGREEMENT. AN AFFILIATE'S CONTINUED USE OF THE SERVICE CONSTITUTES A BINDING ACCEPTANCE BY THE AFFILIATE.

If your ID is not inserted in your link, you can't be paid because our program will not recognise your account.

This program can't be used for your own usage.
You can't buy producys for yourself.
The program track sales referrers and we will cancell abusing members.
